Terms of Service

Nyada is operated by Monestiva LLC ("Monestiva", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Monestiva LLC governing your use of the Nyada app.

1. Who can use Nyada

You must be at least 18 years old. By using Nyada you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using a service like this under the laws of your country.

We may remove any account that we believe belongs to a minor, with no notice.

2. Your account

Nyada accounts are tied to a phone number that we verify by SMS. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure. One person, one account.

Your profile photo and intro video are captured live in the app and reviewed — including by automated checks — to confirm you are a real person. Profiles we cannot verify may be hidden or removed.

3. What you post

You own the video, photo and voice recordings you upload. By uploading them you give Nyada a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and show them to other users of the service, for as long as your account exists and only for the purpose of running Nyada.

You keep the right to delete them. Deleting your account removes them.

You promise that what you upload is you, is yours to upload, and does not break the law or our Community Guidelines.

4. What you may not do

• Impersonate anyone, or use someone else's likeness
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Solicit money, promote a business, or run a scam
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's video, voice notes, or calls
• Use Nyada if you are a registered sex offender
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the service

5. Calls and recordings

Nyada carries live audio and video calls between matched users. We do not record them. Recording another person without their consent may be a crime where you live, and is a violation of these Terms regardless.

6. Phone number exchange

Your phone number is never shown to another user unless you and that user both independently choose to "lock in". This is enforced by our servers, not just by the app. Once shared, we cannot un-share it — please treat that decision as permanent.

7. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or remove any account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We do not owe you an explanation before acting on a credible safety report, though we will normally give one.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. No warranties

Nyada is provided "as is". We do not screen users beyond phone verification, and we do not run criminal background checks. We do not promise you will meet anyone.

You are responsible for your own safety. Meet in public. Tell a friend where you are going.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyada is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $50.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not class action, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We will notify you in-app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Nyada after that means you accept them.
